Mariana Blanco, a Mexican chef, questions how we view our food by telling us about her past and how her life project, a restaurant in Mexico City called Los Loosers, was born. Portrayed during the beginning of the pandemic, Los Loosers and Mariana are confronted by the same dilemma she talks about, creating a parallelism between what is happening in her life and the existential problems she faces.
